And the Winner Is....

Hamas?????

from Agape Press
by Bill Fancher

...A pro-family leader and former presidential candidate says is time to admit the truth about the Palestinian people.

According to Gary Bauer of the Campaign for Working Families, there is no mistaking what happened when the Palestinians voted to turn their government over to the control of the terrorist organization Hamas.

"The Palestinian people were given a choice," he says, "and they picked the party that is most committed and most adept and most serious about killing Jews and harming and setting back the interests of the United States."

Meanwhile, Bauer asserts, the White House has tried to put a positive spin on the election. "I think that's a mistake. It's a disaster -- and it should be recognized as such," he says.

The conservative spokesman feels supporters of Israel need to make their concerns known to the Bush administration. "This is a good time to remind our friends in the White House that Israel gained nothing from their withdrawal from Gaza," he says.

"We don't compromise with terrorists; Israel shouldn't be forced to compromise with them either."

President Bush has stated that he will not deal with Hamas until the organization renounces its goal of destroying Israel. However, millions of U.S. tax dollars in foreign aid go to the Palestinian government each year.

Prophecy coming true

There is no doubt in most evangelical Christians minds that we are living in the 'end times'. We are seeing the prophecies of God being fulfilled.

One of these will be the miraculous preservation of the nation of Israel.

Her enemies will rise up to destroy her. But instead they will be destroyed.

This means Hamas can move against Israel any day; Biblically, it won't be just Hamas, as most of the world agrees with these terrorists; the world will rise up against Israel in an attempt to destroy her. Will America also turn against Israel?

But rather than wiping Israel off the face of the map, they themselves will be destroyed instead.

It will take 7 months to bury the dead and will provide 7 years worth of fuel FOR the nation of Israel through the recovery of the machines used during this 'war.'

The Dangers of Replacement Theology

Too many "Christians" adhere to this 'replacement theology': they think, erroneously, that the United States IS the NEW Israel; and that the real Israel does not matter anymore.

To these replacement theologians, I ask, where in the Bible does God forsake His people? Where has He decided that Israel can no longer be saved? Where does He completely wipe His hands of them?

Nowhere does God renounce His chosen people.

They are wrong. If God had forsaken His people, then they would not play such an important role in the "end times" as found in Revelation (chapter 7). Nor would they have become a nation again in one day back in 1948. Finally, what would have been the point of saving a remnant during WWII if they no longer had His love?

I think Replacement theologists consider the Old Testament as no longer revelatory to "modern" times. They would be erroneous in this thinking as well. Isaiah and Jeremiah both tie in with Revelation. Many things mentioned in both books of the O.T. are just now coming to pass; therefore, how can they NOT be revelatory to our times?

~~~~~~~
In fact, it will NOT be Israel being destroyed by her enemies but America. In the last half century, we have made many enemies~~who are now vowing to destroy us.
With the gleeful sinning going on in this nation (blatant and rampant homosexuality, adultery, pornography, pedophilia, fornication; blasphemy, bigotry, child abuse, drug and alcohol abuse, elder abuse, euthanasia; witchcraft and sorcery, corruption in the corporate world and government, lack of ethics and honor; all manner of crime on the rise~~rapes, murder, thefts; uncontrollable youth~~involvement with gangs, teenage pregnancy, drop out rates in public schools; American government forcing Israel to concede her land~~just to name a few!); I believe, God has no choice but to allow this to happen.
It is our judgment for falling away from His righteousness. As an American, this saddens me so much. America had such potential but somewhere along the way she chose corruption instead.
When it comes right down to it, Israel does NOT need America or Americans.
But we may very well need Israel!
Christian solidarity with Israel
from Agape Press
by the Associated Press
...The president of the National Association of Evangelicals has turned his pulpit over to a Jewish rabbi for a day to show Christian solidarity with Israel.
Rabbi Yechiel Eckstein, chairman of the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews, delivered the Sunday sermon at Rev. Ted Haggard's New Life Church in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Eckstein said Israelis have something today that they have never had before in all of Jewish history: the staunch support of "Bible-believing Christians."
He also said that Israel's acting prime minister, Ehud Olmert, "is a dear friend to Christians, to evangelicals." Rabbi Eckstein told Haggard's congregation that Jews and Christians share a common history and a common threat today from radical Islam.
A Bank doing the right thing??????
Wow, this one really blew C~B~N away when I read it. I don't really like banks.
If you are rich, you can borrow any amount of money. But if you are poor, but trying to change your circumstances by opening your own business, you can't get a dime.
Those who don't need it can get it!
So, this was refreshing to me......
Bank Takes Stand for Private Citizens With Anti-Eminent Domain Policy
By Ed Thomas from Agape Press
One of the nation's top ten banks announced last week that it no longer plans to loan money for commercial projects placed on land taken from private citizens through eminent domain.
The Associated Press quotes BB&T Chairman and Chief Executive John Allison as calling the idea of the government taking a citizen's property for private use "extremely misguided.
And recently on Fox News, he placed his feelings about the practice in even stronger terms, equating it with immorality.
According to Allison, BB&T realized loaning money for development under those circumstances was the worst kind of contrast to the dreams of the clientele that the company has served from its beginnings.
“Not long ago we were really an eastern North Carolina farm bank," he notes, "and we primarily dealt with small businesses and farms. We realized from feedback from that client base that this is a gut-level issue -- that people’s homes are very important things.” {Yeah, it's the American dream!}
The bank spokesman says he has seen eminent domain hurt private property owners under the guise of the public good. However, he observes, “A lot of times … what somebody says is for the public good really means it’s good for them and maybe not so good for you."
Allison told Fox News that BB&T's eminent domain policy is a stand the company is taking on principle. "We believe that one of the most fundamental principles on which this country was founded was the concept of individual rights -- and the most important of those rights is the right to private property," he noted.
"Our whole free-enterprise economic system is based upon that right," the BB&T executive contended.
"We think it’s morally wrong for the government to use the power of eminent domain to take the private property of one individual for the benefit of another private individual.”
Allison says he has encouraged executives at other financial institutions to take the same stance as BB&T has taken toward eminent domain-based developments.
BB&T operates in more than 1,400 branches across eleven U.S. states. {Perhaps, I'll see if they are here in my state....}
Venezuela Dictator Hugo Chavez
Remember when Pat Robertson claimed that Dictator Chavez oops~~~ President Chavez~~~ should be "taken out"?
Maybe it wasn't one of Pat's finer moments; but say what you will, the man knows people. He has very good discernment of spirit.
Because Chavez has now publicly made it his goal to destroy the United States. This man is not our friend. He will never be swayed to be our friend.
As an American, I believe we need to make it more difficult for Chavez to destroy us.
Therefore, I will NOT be buying any more gasoline from CITGO.
WHY????
Guess who owns it!
"The company is owned by PDV America, Inc., an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of Petróleos de Venezuela, S.A., the national oil company of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela." ~~Cuban-Venezuelan alliance, bankrolled by oil profits.
No, I'm not in the habit of supporting those regimes whose goal is the destruction of my nation.
The question is, are YOU?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A No Brainer
By John Gibson/ Fox News (Friday, August 26, 2005)

This has been flying around the Internet and I checked it out and it's true.

Remember all the hollering earlier this week about Pat Robertson suggesting the United States assassinate Hugo Chavez ?

Remember the Democrats insisting George W. Bush had to disassociate himself from Pat Robertson, as if Robertson were a member of the cabinet?

Remember Jesse Jackson on the show Wednesday huffing and puffing about the lies and the illegal war and how it's immoral for us to talk about knocking off a foreign leader?

So George Stephanopoulos in 1997 " just after he left the Clinton White House as a close Clinton advisor " wrote in a Newsweek article that Clinton was going to have to think about assassinating Saddam Hussein. {Should have taken care of this despot back in the first Gulf War. We didn't finish the job then.}

Where was the outrage? {No, these people would NOT DARE accuse their liberal democrat party of being WRONG. How dare we to suggest now that they are indeed HYPOCRITES. If a democrat suggests this course of action, then it is righteous; but if a republican suggests it, then we are just war mongerers. Democrats may have some of the people fooled.....but you don't have ALL the people fooled.}

Well there shouldn't have been any outrage because Stephanopoulos was right.

Jesse Jackson didn't answer the question, but if any U.S. leader had a choice between 1,900 dead American soldiers and one dead Saddam Hussein, it's a no brainer.

We have Saddam alive now. Would Jesse Jackson or any leader trade him dead to have 1,900 American soldiers back alive? Easy. You can make that decision in your sleep.

So what was so wrong with what Pat Robertson said? Well it may have been a little premature.

I don't like Hugo, but he's no Saddam yet. ****

{****January 2006, the picture has most definitely changed: Chavez played a major role in the first South American-Arab Summit in Brazil, which attacked both the United States and Israel as the chief enemies of Latin America. In this typical diatribe, Chavez compared capitalism to Count Dracula, Frankenstein, Jack the Ripper and the Boston Strangler, but then added that Capitalists are much worse than those monsters. from CBN News

~~Idiot, doesn't he understand OUR capitalism, the free enterprise system, has made his CITGO RICH??????? I say it again, IDIOT.}

Other than that, the main objection was that Robertson is a conservative and a Christian and since he's a pastor, he shouldn't be talking about shooting people. OK, point well taken.

But the rest of the high dudgeon, the wailing and beating the chest was simply because Robertson represented a way to try to embarrass Bush, even though the president had nothing to do with Robertson or what he said.

Here's a news flash: Stephanopoulos was right in 1997 when he said we might have to off Saddam. Bush was right in the days before the war when he said if Saddam and his sons leave, the war is off. Bush was right when the night before the war he sent bombers to try to bomb Saddam in his sleep.

I'd trade the 1,900 American soldiers for Saddam in a heartbeat.

What's so hard about that decision?

And why is it so hard to admit you'd do it?

That's My Word.

Nebraska Pastor's State Senate Prayer

Pushes Some Lawmakers' Buttons
By Mary Rettig from Agape Press

The Pastor dared to ask forgiveness for the abortions performed in this country and for "teaching our children the religion of evolution, which really does tell us [its version of] where we came from and why we're here and where we're going, just as the Bible does. It's a competing philosophy of life."

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
First: pastors, preachers, & priests can no longer pray "in Jesus' name" and now they must stay away from "controversial" subjects~~just on the off chance they might offend anyone or try to sway anyone's vote.......
Seems like to me, these are grown men and women and they should be able to "think" for themselves and vote they way they want. If you are so easily swayed by anyone or anything, what the heck are you doing in a job that requires you to take a stand? Oops, they don't take stands anymore....do they? Too wishy-washy....too compromising....too shallow....
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Now: "Senator Ernie Chambers claims he was 'enraged' by Swartley's prayer, although he says he makes a point not to be present during the legislative body's invocation. Since the incident, Chambers has renewed his calls to get rid of the morning prayer altogether."

~~~~~~~~~~~
One offended Senator is calling for ALL Senators to give up their right to pray publicly.
Just as it is Senator Chambers' right NOT to pray, I hope (and pray!) that the Senators in Nebraska will stand firm FOR their right TO pray.
Ernie can continue to wait in the coat closet for a few minutes until the prayer is finished....this way, the praying Senators are not discriminated against either.
Ultimately, it is good to understand Ernie's (and others') goal : to so tie the hands of every preacher, priest, & pastor that they cannot effectively pray for anyone, anything, anywhere.
In essence, to kill religion. All religion. To kill God again since His first death declared back in the 60's (or early 70's????) didn't "take".
Christians, it is time to unite again and fight for your rights~~whether in the Nebraska Senate or the United States government.
NBC Closes the Book on Daniel
from Agape Press
by Jody Brown and Fred Jackson
The program's creator (Jack Kenny) had harsh words for AFA for standing against Daniel. "AFA and bullies like them are hard at work to try and prevent you from seeing these beautiful shows," Kenny posted on a supportive blog site. "[T]hat is censorship, pure and simple -- and that is both un-Christian and un-American."
~~~~~~~~~

Ummm, so AFA and Christians are the bullies now. I don't think so. We have been bullied over tv programs for over a decade now. (Remember the mom who boycotted "Married...with Children"? She was right!) Our faith has been bullied (or attacked) since the 60's.

Know what? We ain't taking it anymore. We will fight back against those who would try to bully us into silence.

Kenny, and all those illustrious actors who (I still can't believe) leant their names to this project, can go re-do it for the Muslim faith. Or for the Budhists. Or for the Jewish faith.

But when those faiths scream OUT (LOUDLY) about it, then maybe Kenny and his ilk will begin to understand that you can't attack someone's faith and not expect there to be reprisals. People of those other faiths would also have fought this show. It WAS that bad.

I watched the show. It was no "Touched by an Angel"; or "Highway to Heaven"; it couldn't even touch "Joan of Arcadia" which tried to be like the two mentioned above. These shows left you with the feeling of hope and the love of God for all of mankind.

No, "the book of daniel" was NOT beautiful. It was an ugly, depressing, hopeless little show; and totally misrepresented my Jesus. Jesus will not be a wimp upon His return. He was not a wimp when your sins (and mine) crucified Him 2000 years ago. Nor will He be sardonic or perplexed~~shrugging His shoulders as if He were clueless too or confused. He is GOD. He is omniscient, omnipresent, & omnipotent.

"And standing in the middle of the lampstands was the Son of Man. He was wearing a long robe with a gold sash across His chest. His head and His hair were white like wool, as white as snow. And His eyes were bright like flames of fire. His feet were as bright as bronze refined in a furnace, and His voice thundered like mighty ocean waves. He held seven stars in His right hand, and a sharp two-edged sword came from His mouth. And His face was as bright as the sun in all its brilliance."

I just don't think the above description from Revelation 1:13-16 describes a sardonic; weak; ineffectual Christ. What I see described is a King of kings and Lord of lords who has come to JUDGE His world. EVERY knee will bow and confess Him King. You won't have a choice. The time for choice will have passed away.

Where Mr. Kenny gets the idea that Christians don't censor what comes into their homes I don't know. We are supposed to maintain a Biblical viewpoint, not a worldly viewpoint. That requires vigilance. It requires dedication. It requires censorship.

My family doesn't watch everything that is made for tv. They never have. We haven't even had tv for the past two years~~until a set of rabbit ears were given to us for Christmas. ( I still maintain there is NOTHING good on tv~although, they did allow me to view this 'book of daniel' show ~~like I said, nothing good on anyway.) Nor do we watch every movie made. Nope, some things are not invited into my home. Trash tv is one of them.

While we may be bashed for it, Christians are going to continue to make waves in this world. We are called to do so. We will no longer be quiet and meek about that which we can change. Getting shows like the "Book of Daniel" off the air, is one of the things we can change~~at least off of "free" tv. Now, if they want to go to cable, by all means do so.

Showing the world what our sisters and brothers in Christ are having to endure at the hands of other intolerant religions, we can show and try to affect change.

Helping to alleviate the suffering in this world by going to those places and building wells, or hospitals, or schools, or churches, is something we can do to bring about change.

So, instead of paying for drivel like this 'book of daniel' maybe NBC could use that money to affect real change in the world and donate it to help those less fortunate.

It would have affected more good than this puny show with its puny jesus could ever have done......

Protecting Civil Liberties Through Eavesdropping?

by Brian Fahling in Agape Press

President Bush's recent disclosure that he authorized the National Security Agency (NSA), the secret electronic and satellite spy agency, to intercept communications by people living in the United States who are suspected of terrorist activities or of having terrorist ties, has Democrats and some Republicans crying foul.

{This doesn't bother me like it does other people. They are not monitoring everyone in the United States. They are monitoring our ENEMIES. Any American who supports a nation we are at war with is a TRAITOR who has committed TREASON. I have no problem with them being spied upon~~just as they are acting as spies against their own nation and people.}

Mr. Bush authorized the eavesdropping even though warrants can be obtained through a secret federal court, created in 1978, for domestic surveillance of U.S. citizens or foreigners suspected of terrorist activities. Mr. Bush, however, argues that his actions in bypassing the secret court are lawful and necessary to prevent potential terrorist attacks. A recent Wall Street Journal article points out, though, that the secret court last year rejected no warrants and granted them at the rate of almost five a day.

And since objections to the president's actions are coming from both sides of the ideological divide, the concerns cannot be dismissed as mere partisan bickering. There is a threat to our civil liberties, they say, when the Executive branch lays claim to so expansive a power.

They are right.

But conceding the point does not decide the question of whether Mr. Bush has abused his authority as Commander in Chief in a time of war and grave danger to our nation. A president's highest duty is to secure and protect the people and the nation he serves. Civil liberties would be passé in a nation brought to its knees by nuclear or biological terror.

The Framers, as one writer has noted, understood that the executive power was to be divided into two spheres: normal constitutional conduct, inhabited by law and universal rules; and a realm where universal rules are inadequate to meet the particular emergency situation and where fixed principles of law must be replaced by discretion and politics.

Mr. Bush's actions in defense of this nation, it can be argued, are well within this American constitutional theory of emergency power.

I think it fair to assume that those members of Congress who find fault in Mr. Bush's actions would hold a different view if they believed another 9/11, or worse, was imminent; they would not sacrifice thousands or millions of American lives on the altar of civil liberties.

I think the threat is imminent and potentially catastrophic, which causes me to regard the civil liberties of people who are suspected of terrorist activities to be a less-than-pressing concern.

...Mr. Bush is willing to risk his legacy and his party on false claims and his own desire to expand the power of his office {I don't think any President would risk that}; I am quite unwilling, however, to gamble the security of this nation and the lives of my wife and children on that supposition.{The question to ask is, are you willing to risk your family's lives?} We cannot afford to be wrong.

I allow, too, for the possibility that I am wrong...

Mr. Bush is keeping faith with the American people by doing what is necessary to protect us in dire times. I hope members of Congress will support him in his efforts. If they do not, and we are struck again, our blood will be on their hands.

Then our civil liberties will not be in danger.

They will be gone.

A strict observance of the written laws is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self-preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law, would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the end to the means.

More from: National Review

Probable cause
by Andrew C. McCarthy

Al Qaeda is an international terrorist network. We cannot defeat it by conquering territory. It has none. We cannot round up its citizens. Its allegiance is to an ideology that makes nationality irrelevant. To defeat it and defend ourselves, we can only acquire intelligence — intercept its communications and thwart its plans. Nothing else will do.

The president is not above the law, but neither is any other branch. The highest law in the United States is the Constitution.

From the hysteria that abounds, one would think that if FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act) was not merely ignored but repealed, we would be living in a dictatorship, with All the President's Men snooping into every phone call, every library, and every bedroom. It is nonsense. Congress retains the power of the purse. Nothing prevents it, tomorrow, from passing a law that denies all funding for any domestic surveillance undertaken by the NSA or any other executive branch agency.

The president could do nothing but veto such a bill. But if, as leading Democrats and civil-liberties extremists maintain, the NSA program is truly one of the most outrageous, execrable, impeachable acts ever committed in recorded history, that veto would easily be overridden.

So why doesn't Congress just do it. Why doesn't it, literally, put its money where many of its mouths are? Why don't the people's representatives bring to heel this renegade, above-the-law president and his blank check? Because they'd lose, decisively and embarrassingly, that's why.

Because they'd have to take an accountable position on life-and-death. Because such a vote, in the middle of a war in which millions of American lives are at stake, would say, unambiguously, that they actually believe the government should not monitor enemy communications unless a federal judge — someone no one voted for and voters cannot remove — decides in his infinite wisdom that there is probable cause. It's so much easier to carp for a scandal-happy media about "the privacy rights of ordinary Americans," as if that were really the issue.

But the sound and fury signify nothing to those ordinary Americans (We the People). Two wartime Novembers ago, with national security — that is, their own safety — the defining campaign issue, they went to the polls in record numbers. This may be news to some, but upon considering in whose hands to place the weighty responsibility of defeating al Qaeda, they didn't elect the judges of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court.

The liberal NEA's liberal donations

from Agape Press
by Fred Jackson

...The largest teacher's union in the United States, the National Education Association (NEA), is handing over millions of dollars in membership dues to some of the country's most liberal organizations.

The Wall Street Journal reports today (January 3) that the NEA gave $65 million to groups such as Jesse Jackson's Rainbow/PUSH Coalition, the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD), and Amnesty International.

The disclosure comes in the wake of new federal rules pushed through by Secretary of Labor Elaine Chao. As the Wall Street Journal article notes, the big unions fought hard against the new accountability standards; these efforts, the editorialist contends, "expose the [NEA] as a honey pot for left-wing political causes that have nothing to do with teachers, much less students." {About time there were standards to show where money is spent.}

Other groups that have received NEA dues money include Protect Our Public Schools, an anti-charter school group. The Journal says the NEA gave that group $500,000 to help in its efforts to block school choice. {If Christian parents take their children OUT of the public schools, then the government will have to listen to the demands of the people; they will have to honor school choice then. Or find new jobs.....}

The Marine

The Marine
We all came together,
Both young and old
To fight for our freedom,
To stand and be bold.

In the midst of all evil,
We stand our ground,
And we protect our country
From all terror around.

Peace and not war,
Is what some people say.
But I'll give my life,
So you can live the American way.

I give you the right
To talk of your peace.
To stand in your groups,
and protest in our streets.

But still I fight on,
I don't bitch, I don't whine.
I'm just one of the people
Who is doing your time.

I'm harder than nails,
Stronger than any machine.
I'm the immortal soldier,
I'm a U.S. MARINE!

So stand in my shoes,
And leave from your home.
Fight for the people who hate you,
With the protests they've shown.

Fight for the stranger,
Fight for the young.
So they all may have,
The greatest freedom you've won.

Fight for the sick,
Fight for the poor
Fight for the cripple,
Who lives next door.

But when your time comes,
Do what I've done.
For if you stand up for freedom,
You'll stand when the fight's done.

Romans 12:9-11

vs. 9 "Don't just pretend that you love others. Really love them. Hate what is wrong. Stand on the side of good."

Paul is telling the Roman church that you must truly LOVE others. You must stand up for righteousness. You must hate evil.

Simply put, you love the sinner, hate the sin.

It is so easy to hate that homosexual or child abuser or wife beater or rapist or thief or adulterous spouse or murderer……

But Jesus set the example we are meant to follow. He allowed us into His home~~sinners that we were & still are; we can do no less.

Opening our hearts

Help us remember that the jerk who cut us off in traffic last night is a single mother who worked nine hours that day and is rushing home to cook dinner, help with homework, do the laundry and spend a few precious moments with her children.

Help us to remember that the pierced, tattooed, disinterested young man who can't make change correctly is a worried 19-year-old college student, balancing his apprehension over final exams with his fear of not getting his student loans for next semester.

Remind us, Lord, that the scary looking bum, begging for money in the same spot every day (who really ought to get a job!) is a slave to addictions that we can only imagine in our worst nightmares.

Help us to remember that the old couple walking annoyingly slow through the store aisles and blocking our shopping progress are savoring this moment, knowing that, based on the biopsy report she got back last week, this will be the last year that they go shopping together.

Heavenly Father, remind us each day that, of all the gifts you give us, the greatest gift is love. It is not enough to share that love with those we hold dear. Open our hearts not to just those who are close to us, but to all humanity. Let us be slow to judge and quick to forgive, show patience, empathy and love.

For the "Politically Correct"

THE LAW

This is one of the better e-mails I have received in a long time! I hope this makes its way around the USA several times over!!!!! So Be It!

THE LAW IS THE LAW

So if the US government determines that it is against the law for the words "under God" to be on our money, then, so be it.

And if that same government decides that the "Ten Commandments" are not to be used in or on a government installation, then, so be it.

I say, "So be it," because I would like to be a law abiding US citizen.

I say,"So be it," because I would like to think that smarter people than I are in positions to make good decisions.

I would like to think that those people have the American public's best interests at heart.

BUT, YOU KNOW WHAT ELSE I'D LIKE?

Since we can't pray to God, can't Trust in God and cannot post His Commandments in Government buildings, I don't believe the Government and its employees should participate in the Easter and Christmas celebrations which honor the God that our government is eliminating from many facets of American life.

I'd like my mail delivered on Christmas, Good Friday, Thanksgiving & Easter.

After all, it's just another day.

I'd like the US Supreme Court to be in session on Christmas, Good Friday, Thanksgiving & Easter as well as Sundays.

After all, it's just another day.

I'd like the Senate and the House of Representatives to not have to worry about getting home for the "Christmas Break."

After all it's just another day.

I'm thinking that a lot of my taxpayer dollars could be saved, if all government offices & services would work on Christmas, Good Friday & Easter. It shouldn't cost any over time! Since those would be just like any other day of the week to a government that is trying to be "politically correct."

In fact.... I think that our government should work on Sundays (initially set aside for worshipping God...) because, after all, our government says that it should be just another day....

What do you all think???? If this idea gets to enough people, maybe our elected officials will stop giving in to the minority opinions and begin, once again, to represent the 'majority' of ALL of the American people.

SO BE IT........

Please Dear Lord, Give us the help needed to keep You in our country!

'Amen' and 'Amen'
